What happens when you get in touch
- We ask what you are actually after — type, size, budget, and whether you are building, moving in or holding.
- We tell you what fits, or that we do not have it. We would rather lose a sale than waste your Sunday.
- We visit the site together, on the ground, with the layout plan open.
- We check the papers before you are asked for a rupee.
- We write out the full cost — rate, charges, stamp duty, registry — so nothing lands on you at the sub-registrar.
For investors
If you are looking at Haryana land as a position rather than a home, there is a separate investor desk with the entry logic, holding horizon, exit routes and risks set out plainly.
Common questions
What are your office hours?
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 7:00 pm. WhatsApp messages outside those hours are picked up the next working morning.
Do I need an appointment?
Not to call or message. For a site visit it helps to fix a time, because the visit happens at the property rather than in the office and we would rather give you a proper couple of hours than a rushed twenty minutes.
Do you charge for advice?
No. Ask whatever you like before you commit to anything. Brokerage, where it applies, is agreed openly and in writing before a transaction proceeds.
